What is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and password);
• Your saved location and address information;
• Your wishlist, favourites, price alerts, and saved preferences;
• Your reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content (or these may be anonymized so they no longer identify you);
• Your in-app messages and support correspondence (subject to the retention note below).

What is retained, and for how long

Certain records must be retained after account deletion to comply with legal, tax, and alcohol-regulatory obligations. These are kept only as long as required by law and are not used for any other purpose:

• Order and transaction records — retained for seven (7) years from the transaction date, as required by the IRS and applicable state tax laws;
• Age-verification records — retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with age-verification laws;
• Records we are required to retain to comply with legal process or alcohol beverage control requirements.

Note: payment card data (full card numbers, CVV, etc.) is never collected or stored by us — it is handled exclusively by PCI DSS-certified third-party payment processors. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how long we keep it.
